Drivyn is a personal errand-running service business. The main goal of Drivyn is to provide customers with less “to-dos” to worry about by running errands for customers! Drivyn’s services allow individuals to spend their discretionary funds on the objects, people, and travel they truly value. Drivyn’s focus is to help elderly, disabled, and busy families stay safe and have more time to do the things they truly desire by taking care of everyday errands for them. Drivyn offers a wide range of services, including grocery shopping (i.e., app and in-store) as well as prescription, dry-cleaning, and cake order pick-up. Drivyn also offers in-store retail shopping at Hobby Lobby, Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Orscheln’s, Tractor Supply Co., and other discount stores to name a few. A unique feature of Drivyn’s is that errand services are not limited to the retailers listed above. Customers can make requests for delivery/pick-up services, even if their errand/retailer is not listed above. Customers can also set up monthly subscriptions to Drivyn’s services; securing errand runs weekly (or for a select period). This benefits target customers because they pay less for multiple/ratable deliveries than they would pay without a subscription. Drivyn’s goal is to make communication between Drivyn and customer as simple as possible. There are multiple contact methods available to customers.
